We definitely have a new favorite with this restaurant! It only took one time to go for us to have returned four times within the last four months! Very delicious menu options and amazing customer service! You are always greeted with a smile and the smell of delicious foods when you walk in the door! We will be back again!

Stumbled in here on a Monday lunch with zero expectations and walked out genuinely impressed by the food. The Cuban sandwich is no joke, pulled pork, ham, and a capricola on fresh pressed Cuban bread with a house mustard sauce. Huge portion, hot all the way through, held together perfectly. $13 , that's a win by any measure. The pastry case is beautiful eclairs, mille-feuille style slabs, all displayed cleanly and professionally. I didn't get to try anything from it this visit, but it's on the list. The space itself is clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Edison lighting, wood accents, good music at the right volume. Nothing feels thrown together. Where I'd like to see them grow is the guest experience side. Walked in, waited a couple minutes with no acknowledgment from the back, and the counter interaction went straight to the order with no real welcome. For a place with this much personality in the food and the space, a warmer entry point would go a long way. A little mid meal check in would be a nice touch too even in counter service, it matters.

Great bakery, every bread I've had is delicious, bunellos and pan de Bono are perfect. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty on point too.

So I love Latin American food. I will go out of my way to get good food. But I also expect to be treated like a person. If you don’t want white people in your shop post it on the door. I am tired of going into Latin restaurants and being ignore because they don’t like whites. Just post it on your door and we will know not to go in. I came into this establishment and the counter girl just stared at me. I said hello nothing. I ordered my food nothing. She gave it to me I said thank you. Nothing. So if we are not welcomed in your establishment just put it on the door.

Ricopan just opened an additional location! Currently undergoing renovations, the food remains top-notch. My family and I indulged in their beef empanadas, potato balls, Cuban sandwiches, and pastries, which were outstanding. The staff's remarkable friendliness and helpfulness made it a standout dining experience.
